Lindsay, a former All-American and World Team Lacrosse player, graduated from Towson University in 1992 from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After graduation, he began working in the title business. In 1994, he was ready to make a change and under the guidance of his grandfather, Bill Dixon, he started Lacrosse Homes. Bill, an attorney, was the founder of Monumental Title in Baltimore, MD and later entered into the land development business and was responsible for developing many subdivisions throughout Anne Arundel County.

He took his expertise in the homebuilding business to expand into land development and single-family rental business.   

Bruce grew up in New Jersey until he graduated high school and then attended Pennsylvania State University. After graduation from PSU, he started his own home remodeling company and worked for a few years prior to going back to school for a Masters’ Degree which he obtained from the University of Pittsburgh. Bruce worked in the banking, mutual fund and public accounting industries while living in Pittsburgh. He and his family moved and settled in New Jersey where Bruce pursued a career in real estate management. Bruce took a position with a national home builder, Pulte Homes, and worked his way up through the ranks and obtained the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pulte’s Long Island, NY Division. After nine years of island life, he moved to Delaware in October of 2013. Prior to being named President of Lacrosse Homes, Bruce was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, managing all operational functions for the company related to Sales and Marketing for a period of nine years.

Jon N. Cuccarese is a seasoned construction and project management professional with more than 25 years of experience in purchasing, estimating, and contract management across the multifamily, residential, and renewable energy sectors. Prior to joining Lacrosse Homes, Jon was Regional Purchasing Manager for DR Horton Multifamily, leading procurement strategy and large-scale buyouts for new apartment ventures across Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Throughout his career, Jon has built a reputation for identifying cost-saving opportunities, optimizing value engineering, and negotiating complex contracts. His leadership has supported projects exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars, including multifamily developments, privatized military housing communities, and solar construction initiatives. Jon has also held senior purchasing roles with Caruso Homes, Corvias, and Wormald Homes, as well as contract management at SunEdison, where he contributed to a $250 million solar portfolio across 13 states.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Science in Engineering (Construction Management) from The Catholic University of America. He is dedicated to driving operational efficiency, supporting sustainable development, and fostering collaborative partnerships that deliver long-term value.

Tracy came to Lacrosse Homes in 2000 and has filled many roles within the organization.  Among other duties, Tracy has been responsible for accounting and financial reporting, job cost and budgets, lot purchase contracts and settlements, construction loan management, human resources functions including payroll and benefits administration, development of accounting systems and controls, cash management functions, analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, overseeing installation and maintenance of information technology systems and managing liability, property, workers compensation and builders risk insurance policies. Prior to joining Lacrosse Homes, Tracy had worked in the accounting field for six years.  Tracy graduated from Chesapeake College with an applied science degree in accounting. 

Parker began his journey with Lacrosse Homes while still in college, spending his summers assisting the Sales and Marketing team. During that time, he also gained valuable hands-on experience in the field, learning how homes are built, land is developed, and projects are financed.

After graduating from the University of Lynchburg, Parker joined Lacrosse Homes full-time, continuing to build on his field experience and developing a comprehensive understanding of the homebuilding process. He is now transitioning into an operations role, where he is gaining insight into the company’s various departments—including finance, marketing, land development, and social media.

Parker’s broad experience and dedication make him an integral part of Lacrosse Homes’ future growth and success.

Thomas is a CPA and CFO at Lacrosse Homes with over 15 years of experience in public accounting and financial leadership. He specializes in financial strategy, cash flow management, and reporting, with deep expertise in real estate and privately held businesses. Thomas leads financial planning, banking relationships, and capital structure optimization to support sustainable growth.

Loretta Colman is the Service, Warranty, and Rentals Manager for Lacrosse Homes.  She is responsible for overseeing all post-construction customer service, warranty administration, and company-owned rental property operations. Loretta manages warranty claims, coordinates inspections and repairs with trade partners, ensures timely resolution of homeowner concerns, and maintains high customer satisfaction. Additionally, she supervises the leasing and maintenance needs for LaxHomes Rentals.
