Guided Walk-Throughs Throughout Your Build
We believe every homeowner should feel informed and confident about their new home. That’s why we provide three important walk-through opportunities:
Pre-Drywall Walk – Before the drywall is installed, you’ll tour your home to see the framework, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems behind the walls. This is a great opportunity to better understand how your home is built.
Initial Walk-Through – Approximately one week before settlement, we’ll walk through the home together to identify any remaining items that need attention. Our team will complete these items before closing.
Final Walk-Through – On settlement day, we’ll conduct a final review to ensure all outstanding items have been addressed and to familiarize you with your home’s features, systems, and maintenance information.
