We’re here for you.

We’re here for you.

It is my hope that this message finds you and your family healthy and well. At Lacrosse Homes, we’ve been thinking a lot about how to ease the minds of our customers in the age of coronavirus.
The homebuilding/construction industry has been designated an essential service, which means our office and properties remain open, but by appointment only. We have a host of resources available for you to use, from the comfort of your home, such as FaceTime with our Sales team and 3D virtual walkthrough tours of our home designs.
As a family owned and operated business, “family” is at the core of what we do. Simply put, we’re here for you. And while the obstacles we’re all facing are different today, we’re as committed as ever to finding ways to deliver on our goal to help families just like yours make their dreams of homeownership a reality. That means maintaining our focus both on building quality homes and making our team of experts -- including mortgage professionals -- available to help you buy a home easily and safely.
To that end, we’ve initiated a virtual home buying process that will enable you to benefit from historic low interest rates while keeping things simple, informative, and focused on YOU:
• Online tours. We have numerous 3D virtual tours of our most popular home designs available on our website. You’ll also find the latest floorplans, photo galleries, and contact points.
• Private tours. If you would like to schedule a private model home/property tour contact the sales representative associated with your selected community and we will accommodate you.
• Chat. Fast and easy, our website features a chat function so you can access the information you’re looking for as quickly as possible. Our representatives are available as much as possible and if we’re “offline” please feel free to send us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
• Virtual document sharing. As your home buying processes progress, we will meet via conference call and virtual meetings, share documents electronically, and complete digital signatures for your new home.
Lastly, and before we go, we want to thank the men and women working on the frontlines of the crises. We are so appreciative of all you are doing to keep our families safe and healthy. We are confident we will get through this together.
Sincerely,
Lindsay Dixon
